EXPORT FUNCTION

On this screen a format and a name can be selected for the export file. Four formats are available:

"As is" Creates an ASCII file with no control characters of any kind, the contents look very much like the text shown in the Output Viewer.
"Comma Delimited ASCII" Creates an ASCII text file that can be combined into a Lotus 1-2-3 or Excel spreadsheet. (Sample spreadheet(s) have been provided in the SAMPLES subdirectory)
"BAI Version II" Creates an ASCII text file in BankLink Data Exchange format. BankLink is a worldwide cash management system. Data Exchange is a multi-bank information reporting service.
"SWIFT" Creates SWIFT messages for Account Details and Concentraor Details Inquiry.

Click on the desired format and then click on the Export button.

A default file name is offered, which can be overtyped if required, however, if 'Comma Delimited ASCII' is chosen be aware that the file extension should be 'txt' or there may be problems importing it into Lotus 1-2-3  or Excel spreadsheet.
